Yoga Teachers
If you are currently teaching Yoga and wish to learn more about Yin and Chinese philosophy then this course will really add to your knowledge and tool box as to what you can offer in terms of Practice, healing modalities and variety. This will add to your current hours under Yoga Alliance.
Non Yoga Teachers
Wether you are a brick layer, lawyer, accountant or cleaner, you too can come and develop and learn. You do not have to be a Yoga teacher, what you must bare in mind is that this course alone will not enable you to teach Yin Yoga legally. Each Yoga teacher must hold the 200 hour Yoga alliance certificate (or the equivalent) to be covered by insurance to teach Yoga. This course may spark an interest for you to go further in this wonderful world and go on to do a teaching certificate. Otherwise it becomes a wonderful way to learn the advanced methodology, anatomy, philosophy and so much more and add this to your own home practice.
Health professionals
Other health professionals may find that this is of interest, to help broaden your own spectrum of healing modalities whilst enabling you to make safe and informed suggestions of specific Yin postures and Meditation techniques to further your clients course of therapy. We will be studying concepts that you may not have come across before in your studies, most definitely worth the time and investment.
