• We collect and store medical information and profiles from our clients. This is so that we can assure your safety in our classes. This information is confidential and is not distributed to third parties.

• Credit card transactions will be processed securely and no card details will be stored.

Refund & Cancellation Policy including:

• If you need to cancel your Online Live Yoga subscription you may do so through your own account or seek help to cancel it.

• Courses such as the 20 hour and 200 hour online programs are not eligible for refunds. 

• If you are unhappy with the service which is provided, we would like to discuss and resolve this matter diplomatically.

• If we are unable to provide a service through no fault of our customers, our customers will receive a full refund for service which cannot be fulfilled

• We will comply with Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults with the service.
