About The Classes
Sweat it out
Vinyasa Flow is a fairy modern modaility of Yoga. It is quite a fast paced class, challenging you physically + mentally. Expect to learn how to move in time with your breath and enjoy getting a sweat on and exploring fun sequences + interesting poses.
Yin + Restorative
Find your edge of comfort
Yin Yoga is of a Chinese Medicine decent. we use different terminology as we target specific organs, emotions and elements in a very slow + often relaxing class. You will be holding poses for up to 3 minutes, allowing your body to move deeper in its own time. We occasionally involve myofascial release techniques, so have your massage ball, tennis ball or foam roller ready.
Find your balance
Hatha is a very traditional form of Yoga, expect slow juicy stretches + sequencing- holding for a few breaths, breathwork + meditation. You may need Yoga props, read below to find out what household items can be used.
Our beginner course is a 4 week in depth learning experience. Perfect for those who feel like they need the foundations before stepping into a classroom! You will learn the basic postures, how to meditate + breath + philosophy of Yoga.
Breathwork + Meditation Course
Find the gaps between your thoughts
This is another 4 week program, designed to help those who seek peace of mind. Whether your are needing to build better coping mechanisms for what life throws at you, or you have a burning interest behind the power of the mind + breath.
Yin Yang Course
Change the way you live your life
This 4 week program just keeps giving. This is for anyone with an interest in Chinese medicine, Yin Yoga + Anatomy, alongside the comparison + teachings of Indian philosophy and how our modern Yoga practices came to light. This course is part of our 200 hour Yoga teacher training program. However, you are more than welcome to attend and learn more without having to commit to a teaching certificate. Perfect for intermediate practicioners who are passionate in these fields.
