Part Time Yoga Teacher Training

The time is now.

Your Online journey is nothing short of incredible. Your lead trainers, Jess + Adam will take you on a journey of deep inner work and expansion of your knowledge around the mind, body, philosophy and History of Yoga. With the option to graduate in person, in Byron Bay, you will get the full experience.

Is this course for you?

If you're someone who has a burning curiosity about the hidden depths behind Yoga Classes then you are in the right place to learn more. We accept all ages and ability levels to come and join us. You do not need to be able to touch your toes to become a Yoga teacher. Yoga is much more than what we see on the mat. Yoga asana (postures) were only invented to better prepare the body for seated medittion for extended periods of time. If you have a regular mindfulness or meditation practice, you could be closer to the definition of Yoga than those who can stand on their hands.

Testimonials

The course structure has been amazing so far and even with it being online, it is so personal and Jess and Adam are able to tailor the content for our needs and interests!

Unlike some other online courses I looked into, there are no pre-recorded videos and everything is live so you are free to ask lots of questions. Of course you are able to re watch the classes if you need!

I couldn’t recommend this highly enough and I am so excited to come out of this experience with a whole lot of new knowledge and an amazing experience

The course structure is brilliant and I love how this online experience is so different than any other online schools I've looked at. All classes are live and recorded so if you can't make it, it's available for you on your trainee portal. I'm all the way from Canada and the times work well for me. I knew that if I were to do my YTT, it would be with Barefoot Yoga.  I love how my YTT experience can be personalized and how we have 24/7 access to Jess and Adam whenever we want. What I love most is the community we have online. Our opening ceremony was an intimate experience and I can honestly say, the small group setting is so much better than going someonewhere with 10+ people.

I love my experience so far and I know you will too. Jess and Adam know their stuff and they will do everything in their powers to help you achieve the goal you desire.

If you've been thinking about doing your YTT, book a call with Jess and Adam. I know you will have the same feeling we all had, that this is the place to do it with.

After the first weekend of YTT I can only say positive things! Even online I felt a sense of community immediately, Jess + Adam have been beyond amazing. The knowledge I have already learnt, the way the course is structured and delivered, the constant support is seriously too good to even explain. I don’t know why I put it off for so long, but now I’m glad that I did so that I was able to find Jess + Adam

I would like to say what amazing teachers Jess and Adam are. I have learned so much in such a short time and it has impacted so much on my life in such a positive way. I feel very supported and encouraged. Still feel out of my depth at times but feel very safe with you both. The other women in the group are amazing too!
